NeoHydro Technologies Corp. Submits Application to Change Name to Epoxy, Inc.
LAS VEGAS, NV–(Marketwired – Jun 12, 2014) – NeoHydro Technologies Corp. (OTCQB: NHYT) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce an application to change its name to “Epoxy Inc.” has been submitted to the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to better reflect the current direction of the Company and identity to its investors.
The Company has submitted the required application and documentation to FINRA to apply for its name change on 06-11-2014 and expects to receive approval within the next 20-30 days. Preceding the filing of the application with FINRA, the Company’s board adopted a resolution to change the Company’s name, which was approved by certain shareholders of the Company holding a majority of the Company’s voting shares. The Company filed an Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation name with the Nevada Secretary of State, where the company is incorporated. Following such filing, the Company filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission a Preliminary Information Statement on Schedule 14C per SEC rules and regulations. The Company also has applied to have the ticker symbol changed from “NHYT” to “EPXY” to better reflect the change of name when approved. The filing can be viewed here
