Trading Act(WpHG - German Stock Exchange Act). We have received the
following notification in accordance with the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG - German Stock Exchange Act): DEXIA Asset
Management S.A., Brussels (Belgium), reported the following to the
Management Board in a letter dated December 12th, 2007: "Notification
pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG We hereby give notice, pursuant to
sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that we observed on 11/12/2007 the
voting interest held by Dexia Asset Management Belgium, Rue Royal
180, 1000 Brussels Belgium, in "Solar-Fabrik AG für Produktion und
