MEGASTAR CLOSES $671,526 PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

Megastar Development Corp., further to its news release dated June 21, 2011, has closed its non-brokered private placement financing and issued 6,715,265 units at a price of 10 cents per unit for gross proceeds of $671,526. Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one transferable share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of the company at a price of 13.5 cents until July 20, 2013. Directors, officers and insiders of the company subscribed for $37,500 of the offering, representing 375,000 units or 5.6 per cent of the above financing. The company has paid finders' fees of 437,144 units representing 6.5 per cent of the total proceeds raised under the private placement financing. All shares issued under the offering are subject to a four-month hold period expiring Nov. 21, 2011.

Megastar besitzt Anteile an Eloro, aber wenn du es genau wissen willst (Menge, usw.),
die "Verbindung" ist im Jan. / Feb. 2011 enstanden, ich denke, man kann es in den offiziellen Mitteilungen nachlesen.

MEGASTAR ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO MANAGEMENT

Megastar Development Corp.'s board of directors has appointed Andrew Lee, director of the company since March 30, 2011, to the management team as vice-president, effective Sept. 1, 2011. Previously, Mr. Lee served as Vice President of Corporate Development of Megastar from June 1, 2010 to November 30, 2010. The Company also wishes to announce that Mr. Gary Musil has resigned as CFO and Corporate Secretary of the Company in order to focus on other professional commitments. The Company is most appreciative of Mr. Musil's successful tenure in filling the role of CFO and wishes to thank him for his valuable contribution and assistance to the Company over the past several years. Mr. Musil will continue to serve on the board as an independent director of the Company, and will continue to be a member of the Company's Audit Committee and its Chairman. The Company has appointed Ms. Zahara Kanji-Aquino (Zara) as CFO to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Musil's resignation.
