zend11?  heute wieder etwas grün zum freitag?  

Hier wird gar nix grün. Das delisting ist noch nicht vom Tisch und Zend tummelt sich in anderen Treads:).  

aber es steht ja auch drin das sie andere handelsplätze in zukunft aufsuchen.. und xetra hat ja auch it ffm nix zu tun oder?  

Hier wir Heute Grün das ist nun mal Alte Tradition.

und xetra bid 0,021  

den verstehe ich nicht. egal wie getaxtet wird , der spread bleib immer gleich.. obwohl die kauf/verkauf order gar nicht diesen wert beträgt der angezeigt wird.

Blue Planet Environmental Inc. (DB:9BP) announced a private placement of 14,601,132 of shares at a price of $0.2054 per share for a gross proceeds of $3,000,000 on December 2, 2011. New investor BPE Marketing Services LLC will participate in the transaction. BPE Marketing Services LLC will invest $2,000,000 in four tranches of $500,000 each at the 6th month, 9th month, and 12th month anniversary of the first tranche close date. The remaining $1,000,000 will invested later according to the agreement. Minden Gross Grafstein & Greenstein LLP represented the company and New York and Chicago offices of Seyfarth Shaw LLP represented BPE Marketing Services LLC. On the same day, the company issued 2,433,522 shares for $500,000 to BPE Marketing Services LLC.
