Summary of Material ChangeOn December 2, 2019, the Company announced that the Company, Maricann Inc. and  NanoLeaf  Technologies  Inc.  (collectively,  the  “Wayland  Group”)  were  granted an order (the “Initial Order”) from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the “Court”) under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act(the  “CCAA”).  The  Initial  Order  provides  for,  among  other  things,  a  stay  of  proceedings in favour of the Wayland Group and certain of its affiliates for an initial period  of  10  days  (the  “Stay  Period”),  subject  to  extension  as  the  Court  deems  appropriate,  and  the  appointment  PricewaterhouseCoopers  Inc.  as  monitor  (the  “Monitor”) in the CCAA proceedings. On  December  5,  2019,  the  Company  announced  that  the  Wayland  Group  was  granted an order (the “Amended and Restated Initial Order”) by the Court. The Amended and Restated Initial Order authorized, among other things, the Wayland Group  to  obtain  debtor-in-possession  financing  from  The  House  of  Turlock  Ltd.  (the  “DIP  Lender”).  The  Amended  and  Restated  Initial  Order  also  extended  the  length off the Stay Period to December 16, 2019. The Company also announced on December 5, 2019 that its auditor, NVS Chartered Accountants  (“NVS”),  resigned  as  auditor  of  the  Company  effective  as  of  December  3,  2019  and  that  the  Company  had  determined  that  it  will  not  consummate its previously announced transaction involving Theros Pharma Ltd. in the United Kingdom (the “Theros Transaction”)

geld gibt's keins mehr is klar, aba wie bringe ich die aus dem Depot ?  

Wer kauft von ein Pleite Unternehmen seit 2 Wochen ca über 2 Millionen Aktien, wollte auch in Kanada 100 tausend Order, wurde auch angenommen, ist aber ausgelaufen weil keiner Verkaufte. KEINE AHNUNG was und wer da abreumt.

Ist mir einiges klar, wenn  schon den schon ich werde mal eine neue Platzierung über 500 Tausend in Kanada zu setzen.

Frage wo kann ich diese Aktie verkaufen, habe über Comdirekt
eine Verkaufsorder bestens gestellt, wurde aber nicht ausgeführt,
werden die da auch nicht mehr gehandelt.
wer hat Info wie kann man die noch loswerden und wo ?  

Ort vergessen Verkaufsorder in Toronto  

da deine Anteile vermutl. nicht in Wertpapier-Rechng.(ausl.Lagerstelle) eingebucht sind, ist ein verkauf im ausland nicht möglich. außerdem habe ich erfahren, dass diese micro`s eigentl. nicht mehr gehandelt werden.
 

wie bekomme ich die Dinger aus meinem Depot ?
wollte Depot wechseln zu einer anderen Bank  

 

kann man bei wertlos ausbuchen, die Verluste verrechnen ?

Europäer können weder Kaufen noch verkaufen.
Das machen die unter sich aus hatte eine Order über 200 Tausend zum EK 0,0032 eingestellt nicht eingelöst mit der Begründung kein Verkäufer. Tag darauf Handel in Toronto über 300Tausend und ein Anstieg von über 200%.
Da sind wir Außen vor.  

Die Firma gibt es so nicht mehr. Es wird auch nie eine Bilanz nachgeliefert geschweige denn
irgendein Q-Bericht. Die Kanadische Dopfirma war nur eine Betrügerfirma und hat Geld abgegriffen.
Das ist in Kanada gang und gebe. Die Aktien, die keine mehr sind werden vom Depotverwalter der
Bank am ende des Jahres wegen wertlosigkeit ausgebucht. TOTALVERLUST. Keine Verrechnung.  

Erkläre mir doch bitte mal, wie es möglich ist eine Aktie zu Handeln die es nicht mehr gibt.
Und das über 500 Tausend Mal.
