(OTC Bulletin Board: PHEI), designer and developer of the Phantom(R) Lapboard, today launched its new website and online store to support the marketing and sales of the Phantom Lapboard and Phantom(R) Game Service. In addition to the online store, corporate and product information features, the new website provides potential partners with the opportunity to learn more about partner programs that Phantom Entertainment is offering.
