Primco Management Inc : Primco Management to Launch Initial Medical Marijuana Cultivation Center

Primco Management, Inc., a fully integrated multi-media entertainment and real estate development company, announced that the Company has signed a conditional lease for the launch of its first medical cannabis cultivation center.
In a release, the Company said plans call to subdivide the property into up to six separate nurseries to be sublet to fully licensed dispensaries in Los Angeles. Final execution of the lease is contingent upon acquiring permits from the local municipality.
"We are extremely excited to announce the acquisition of our initial property for our entry into the medical marijuana property management business. Once we receive conditional approval from the city, we expect to lease out the entire property in the first few weeks," said David Michery, CEO. "Our Company will deliver a safe, clean and fully compliant rental space for those entities that are licensed for the sale, cultivation or testing of medical cannabis. Primco will lead the way nationally in providing medical marijuana friendly real estate to a rapidly growing industry."
The building is located in the County of Los Angeles. Primco will not engage in the cultivation or sale of medical cannabis and will only provide fully permitted facilities for licensed retailers and growers.
