On March 12, 2007 the Registrant filed a Form 8-K stating under Item 2.03 the discussion of a Five Hundred Thousand Dollar ($500,000) Convertible Promissory Note (“Note”) with Sabana Investments, LLC (“Sabana”), of which it stated that only Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($350,000) had funded.


On May 16, 2007, the Registrant filed a Form 8-K/A stated under Item 2.03 that the amount originally discussed in the Form 8-K filed with the Commission on March 12, 2007 was stated incorrectly. The correct amount should be Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($370,000) funded with the remaining One Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($130,000) not expected to fund.


On August 21, 2007, the Registrant filed a Form 8-K stating that it had reached a mutual agreement with Sabana Investments, LLC for an extension of ninety (90) days to repay the Note.


On October 15, 2007, the Registrant repaid Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($370,000) to Sabana Investments, LLC. The additional One Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($130,000) was never given to the Registrant and therefore, the full amount of the Note has been repaid in full.

Based on just normal revenue I have come up with these figures.

The industry average P/E is 26

I will use the figure of 129,862,000 for the O/S.

Last 10QSB stated Equity of $2,638,428

$2,638,428/129,862,000 = .02 Book value

The Company reported (.04) EPS due to a one time cost associated with the development of WWTBAM. Taking the average EPS and margins I feel that annual EPS of .02 is achievable.

.02 X P/E 26 = .52 per share

I agree with your analysis and my figures match yours by .01.

Now lets see if the market wakes up to it.

Indecision in the charts.

We have the rsi turning down again at 46.30...It hasn't hit 40 since May of this year, so although it has room to still go down, we are very close to the bottom.

Not a nice candle, but then again a very tight candle on very low volume. Indicates frustration with some and just dumping their stock for the sake of boredom. Typically these will be the same folks trying to convince others they've had enough, and then find themselves chasing the stock because they do not understand the power of TA and its indicators.

macd hist is still gaining strength.

slow STO still just hovering at or close to a bottom. Showing room to still head down, but not by much.

ma50 shows .192 and lower Fib is showing .18

I don't know if they can cause enough panic to cause capitulation and force it down to .18 or not. I would think that the ma50 would hold, but without any type of news from the company, they could very well hit that .18 number.

This stock desparately needs something...anything from the company as to how adverstising is going.

I understand that it is not typical for the company to be keeping the stockholders informed, but they are stockholders and this type of information should have been reported on some time ago imo.

So in the meantime, the stock is still hanging around our first support number of .21, and as reported before, is trading in this .20 to .24 area.

There is room for the stock to hit .18, but very limited as to whether any of us would actually get any of that. I suspect the mm's would grab all or any that appeared there, so we then have the .192 ma50 and thus the support at .195 from the previous attempt.

Conclusion:
Whether you re-entered at .195 or.25, you are close enough to the bottom. Suddenly there will be that 9 am nr and she will gap the morning pre-market and off she'll go again.
Has to happen really soon from what I see in the charts.
